Rousseau has long since recognized that the key to success for an assembly line is one that is efficient and organized. This is why we offer a system that is flexible and will permit you to easily and quickly reconfigure your work site.  We offer you two solutions :  the multi-purpose upright and the adjustable workbench.

The multi-purpose upright allows you to keep in the proximity of your conveyor, the parts you use regularly such as hardware and assembly guides. You also have at your disposal a variety of workbench accessories that have been designed to optimise your workers' performance while reducing displacement to a minimum :  keyboard support, overhead lights, perforated panel for hooks, louvered panel for plastic bins, adjustable shelves, etc.

The Rousseau workstations, stationary and mobile, combine sturdiness, durability and flexibility. There are also anti-static workbenches and accessories available for handling of electronic components that require additional protection.

Finally, for storage of your parts waiting to be assembled, we offer modular drawer cabinets, industrial shelving, shelving with modular drawers, and Mini-Racking, all of these making it easier to keep your parts stored in proximity to your assembly lines.
